"Academic Connections was very thorough and took the time to understand my child's needs. My son had a
great experience with ACT last summer. The tutor connected, engaged and challenged him! We look forward
to another summer with ACT. It helps him keep his edge before school starts again!"

"You probably hear this a lot, but it bears repeating...your service is amazing! I am just thrilled with
the tutoring Kate is receiving! Donna is a remarkable tutor. She has clarity of mind that she conveys
with such ease, making each lesson clear and truly understood.
When I became aware that Kate was struggling academically due to auditory processing difficulties, I was
anxious to gain the help she needed with her academics, but she is receiving so much more. Donna has
helped Kate to overcome her insecurity in her abilities, becoming more self-assured and confident. She is
less fearful of the process and gaining more and more confidence with each success.
Thank you so much for providing this wonderful service!"

"I just want to let you know that I appreciate you all. Thank you for assigning Stephen with Heather,
she is wonderful. I say a blessing for Stephen and I. He listens to Heather while she explains things
with him thoroughly and in a way Stephen can comprehend. I am also learning with him."

"I just want to say thank you to Donna and Academic Connections. They were very flexible and
accommodating. Raven is in preschool and has some challenging learning disabilities and wasn't
interested in learning. But they made it fun by approaching learning like a game so he loved
working with them. We look forward to working with ACT in the future.
Thank you so much for your help! I can't thank you enough for the creative learning ideas."

"One of the things that struck me while we were doing the in-home consultation was that ACT was looking
at Joshua as a whole person and not just a subject. The detailed level of questions made me feel
confident that my child’s personal concerns and needs were being clearly identified. They were looking
for the root of his challenge and not simply at a subject to tutor. Right away they realized he might
need organizational help along with subject support. Also when deciding what/how to tutor him they
really looked long term not just help for now. It gave me a real sense of confidence that they would
be able to adjust to his changing needs and not confine their focus to what was our concern now."
